PS - there's no spell check on handwriting of course. The word is 'response' not 'responce'.

  1. I am crazy about these handwritten posts! How different they seem...

So glad you got home - I flew to the UK the day the volcano erupted, and had flights booked home the day the flight ban was lifted! My flight to Gatwick had been cancelled by that point, but I took the train there in hope and I did get home on the appointed flight! In fact, I think you must have been home by then...

  14. Happy anniversary both.
Gosh I have been put off flying big time. Glad you got home safely, it must have been torture. Being stuck anywhere is horrible. I was held against my will with my daughter when she was 4years old in The Oval underground station, by some idiot in a hat, all because my ticket was 10P short on the fare, I would not mind but I had bought the ticket from the ticket office so had to ask for a ticket to the Oval, how it was 10p short God only knows! I ended up calling my husbands mobile...who was in a big meeting, one of those live by saterlite ones with Half the Met Police!!! they all heard my anger at being held by the ticket collector who refused to take 10 from me,can you believe it... I was almost spitting feathers. In the end my hub asked me to hand the phone to the man, who was them told by a Policeman to kindly let the lady pay 10p and let her go otherwise he would be under arrest. I left that staion with a big smile but my blood was bubbling inside me.
    I love the handwriting post.

  15. Just popped back to comment on your comment on my blog! I am so with you on the cramp thing, George gets those to sometimes. He wakes up in the middle of the night, and starts jumping around making strange shouting noises. I have to put my face in the pillow to stifle my laughter! At least it amuses me during my sleepless nights! Ha ha! suzie xxx
